This was a research project that my BIOL 200 lab group and I created. Throughout the entire quarter, we performed research on the molecular basis of antibiotic resistance. We then had the amazing opportunity to demonstrate and explain our research to our peers as well as other biology faculty in a small research symposium at the end of the quarter. This project taught me how to work effectively with other students, how to identify and test scientific hypotheses, and how to clearly articulate my research to other people.
